POSITION:INDUCTION FURNACE SUPERVISOR

LOCATION:Republic Of Sudan

Qualification:

  • Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
  • 10 - 15 Years of working experience to handle and solve all day to day technical problems associated with induction furnace.

Job Responsibilities

  • To have knowledge and experience to handle and solve all day to day technical problems associated with induction furnace.
  • To supervise scrap preparation and determine quantities and adjust additives and whole melting process.
  • To have sufficient metallurgical knowledge .
  • To be able to check crucible life rehabilitation of the furnace cement inside and ladle, control furnace, cooling water system, etc.
  • To have experience to manage people, materials and be able to identify the spare parts requirements and the ordering process.
  • Capability to technically evaluate quotations within induction furnace activities.
  • Age Limit 35 to 40 years old.
